At 65 m², every suite features a double bedroom, a single room, and a luxurious bathroom with tub, shower, heated floors and exclusive toiletries. Choose between first, second or third floor and wake up to the Arctic landscape of Northern Norway. From traditional churches to outdoor settings by the sea, there are several beautiful options for your ceremony.
Hillesøy Church
Hillesøy Church is located in Brensholmen, about 10 minutes’ drive from the hotel. It is part of the Church of Norway, and ceremonies can be arranged through the parish office in Tromsø.
Sommarøy Baptist Church

Outdoor Ceremony
Outdoor ceremonies are also popular, with the hotel beach or the nearby pier often used as venues. These areas are free to use, but all practical arrangements such as officiant, music, and seating must be organised by the couple.

All venues are equipped with sound, lighting, and a projector for images and video. You can connect your own playlists for background music or dancing. Microphones are available for speeches when needed.

After the celebration, the venue is securely locked overnight so your gifts stay safe. This means you do not need to move everything to your room at the end of the night.
Lighs & Tables
Candles and napkins are included in the wedding package, with white and black options available. If you prefer other colours, you are welcome to bring your own. Vases and candle holders are available for use or you may bring your own.
Decorating the Venue
We set the tables with tablecloths, cutlery, and glassware. After that, you are free to decorate the space as you wish. The hotel can also assist if needed. Cakes and flowers are typically delivered on Friday and stored in our fridges.

Housekeeping is not automatically included during your stay. However, if you are staying in a hotel room, you can request cleaning either at reception or via the QR code in your room. For cabins, housekeeping is not available during the stay, but fresh towels and cleaning supplies can be collected from reception.
Hotel rooms do not include a refrigerator. Fridges are available in suites, cabins, and apartments. If you need to store medication or other items, reception can assist by placing them in a refrigerator.
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is at 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out maybe available depending on availability, at a cost of NOK 100 per hour.
